A new North County branch of Bird Rock Coffee Roasters has landed in Carlsbad. It’s the sixth retail location for the Bird Rock-based roastery, and the largest cafe yet for the company, spanning 1,600-square-feet with an additional 1,000-square-foot patio and fire pit. The interiors are by local firm MY Studio ID, which also designed Bird Rock’s most recent openings in Pacific Beach and Torrey Pines.
